2 kale leaves (Red Russian from the Farmer’s Market)
1 golden beet with leaves/stems left on (Farmer’s Market)
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1/2 seedless cucumber
1 granny smith apple (quartered and cored – seeds removed)
A little less than 1/2 half of a lemon (peeled)
1/2 inch piece of ginger
